Chromium crusher hammers are high-performance core spare parts for impact crushers and hammer crushers, widely used in mining, metallurgy, and construction industries. Their hammer heads are made of high-chromium cast iron with 15%–30% Cr content, forming hard M₇C₃ carbides on the surface.
This structure gives them a hardness of HRC 58–65, enabling exceptional wear resistance against ores, aggregates, and other hard materials. Unlike ordinary steel hammers, their tough inner core avoids breakage during high-impact crushing.
Working in tandem with crusher liners, chromium crusher hammers deliver efficient and stable material fragmentation, reducing equipment downtime.
