Made of high-strength, high-hardness wear-resistant alloy steel, these bars have a hardness of 58–63 HRC and maintain excellent mechanical properties under long-term high-intensity work. Their scientific structure disperses stress to prevent fracture, with modular designs enabling quick replacement.

Rotating at high speeds, they strike materials like limestone, concrete, and ores in the crushing chamber, achieving uniform crushing and ideal particle size. Outperforming traditional materials, they extend service life by 50–100%, fitting mining, construction, and cement sectors.
