Boasting a manganese content of 11%–14% and carbon content of 0.90%–1.30%, these crusher liners deliver excellent wear resistance and impact toughness. Through scientific alloy formulas and heat treatment, their hardness reaches HRC45-55 or above, and impact toughness exceeds 25J—ensuring the crusher liner plate can bear huge crushing forces and maintain surface shape for long-term use. Compared to ordinary high manganese steel wear resistant parts, their service life is several times longer, reducing replacement frequency and lowering maintenance costs for equipment.
