Function and operation
Impact and fracture: Blow bars strike the material entering the crusher, throwing it against an impact wall. This force causes the material to fracture into smaller particles.
Rotor insertion: Multiple blow bars, typically in sets of three or four, are attached to the crusher's rotor.
High-speed rotation: As the rotor spins at high speeds, the blow bars repeatedly impact the material until it is crushed to the desired size.
