A stone crusher distributor plate is a wear-resistant component that directs material inside the crusher to improve efficiency and protect internal parts, and works in coordination with the crusher's material distributor. Its core function is to guide the material to be crushed into the crushing chamber in an orderly and uniform manner to avoid local accumulation or eccentric loading causing impact on the equipment.
In coarse crushing scenarios, such as in a jaw crusher, the distributor plate often uses a wedge-shaped or arc-shaped structure to divert large pieces of ore to the bite area of the movable jaw and the fixed jaw, which not only prevents material jamming but also improves crushing efficiency; in a cone crusher, the distributor plate features a rotating or layered structure so that the material evenly covers the gap between the crushing wall and the mortar wall in a circular trajectory, ensuring the stability of laminated crushing. For an impact crusher, the distributor plate is usually located at the front end of the rotor. By adjusting the diversion angle, the speed and direction of the material entering the rotor are controlled, so that the impact force of the plate hammer is maximized, while reducing the energy consumption caused by invalid collisions.
