What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
The MOQ for standard parts is typically 3 tons. Samples are available, but the cost and mold fee must be paid. Sample fees can be deducted for bulk orders.
What are your payment methods and trade terms?
Our typical payment method is TT (30% deposit + 70% against a copy of the bill of lading). For molds, 100% prepayment is required. We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF trade terms.
What is your packaging method?
Our common packaging methods are fiberboard boxes (not wooden) and pallets. Of course, we can also pack the goods according to customer requirements.
