Analysis of China's Crusher Export Trends in Recent Years

In recent years, China's crusher exports have shown a steady growth trend, and both product structure and market layout have changed significantly. In terms of export volume, the industry scale will be 27.07 billion yuan in 2021, and will grow to 29.52 billion yuan in 2023, with an average annual growth rate of about 9%. It is expected that the overall market scale will exceed 85 billion yuan in 2025, and the export share will continue to increase. This growth is mainly driven by the demand for infrastructure construction in countries along the "Belt and Road" and the competitive advantages of Chinese companies in cost-effectiveness and service network.

In terms of product structure, the export models have been upgraded from traditional jaw and hammer crushers to intelligent and mobile equipment. The export growth rate of high-end products such as crawler mobile crushing stations is obvious. In 2023, the proportion of related equipment in the total export volume has reached 35%, reflecting the international market demand trend for modular and environmentally friendly equipment. At the same time, the export of precision products such as air flow crushing equipment has increased significantly in emerging fields such as new energy and medicine. The market size of this segment is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan in 2025.

From the perspective of export regions, Southeast Asia and Africa are still the core markets, accounting for more than 45% of China's total crusher exports; Central and Eastern Europe has become an emerging growth point due to the accelerated development of mineral resources, and exports to the region will increase by 18% year-on-year in 2024. It is worth noting that the European and American markets have gradually made breakthroughs through technical cooperation, and the export share of mid-to-high-end crushing equipment has increased from 12% in 2021 to 21% in 2024. In the future, with the promotion of green mining standards, intelligent crushing equipment that meets low-carbon requirements will become the main export.
