Its surface corrugated structure can enhance the material collision effect. The side plate is distributed on both sides of the crushing chamber. It mainly protects the casing and prevents the material from causing wear to the body. It is usually made of wear-resistant alloy steel. These three types of plates work together. The blow bar realizes the main crushing function, the impact plate optimizes the crushing effect, and the side plate extends the overall service life of the equipment. In practical applications, the selection of plate material needs to comprehensively consider factors such as material hardness, water content and processing capacity. For example, when processing highly abrasive materials, it is recommended to use composite plates containing tungsten, titanium and other elements.
